Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data synthesis.
• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of the Profitable Volume Growth workstream portfolio.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Establish governance processes to ensure accountability, transparency, and timely decision-making.
• Coordinate workstream reviews, steering committee updates, and executive leadership presentations.
• Monitor initiative progress and proactively identify risks, challenges, and mitigation actions.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports and dashboards.
• Drive collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Planning, Customer Experience, Analytics, and others.
