Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Growth Unit to lead category performance and annual planning.

You will partner with Commercial, Finance, RDI, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Quality to deliver net sales, margin, and productivity, translating Growth Unit strategy into executable initiatives. You’ll drive category analysis, prioritize growth, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined execution and achievement of annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, supply chain, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years progressive experience in business management, category management, commercial strategy, or related roles.
• 2–3 years of coffee experience preferred.
• Experience in food, beverage, CPG, manufacturing, private label, or related industries preferred.
• Strong P&L, financial, analytical thinking and strategic execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own category performance, profitability, growth, and annual targets.
• Translate category strategy into a prioritized pipeline of growth initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional category tables and operating rhythms.
• Identify opportunities to improve margin, service, and productivity.
• Develop talent and drive succession planning within the team.
• Ensure disciplined execution and clear communications across teams.
