The role blends strategic planning, governance, and executive storytelling, with remote flexibility within the U.S. and in-office requirements in Minneapolis or DC four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Public Health or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare strategy, market intelligence or growth analytics.
• Experience building executive-level presentations and business cases.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and forecasting.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive market assessments for existing and prospective markets.
• Develop market entry, expansion, and investment analyses to support growth.
• Evaluate provider, payer, demographic, and regulatory dynamics.
• Create forecasting models, scenario analyses, and growth evaluations.
• Support executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and strategic scorecards.
• Partner with Enterprise Partnerships to accelerate growth and market expansion.
