Uber Eats is revolutionizing instant delivery and optimizing delivery operations across the US & Canada. We seek an Operations Manager to shape strategy and lead high-impact projects spanning consumer, supply, marketplace, and merchant segments.

You will partner with Product, Territory Operations, Finance, Marketing, Tech, and Customer Support to drive growth and efficiency while delivering clear metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, investment banking, technology, operations, strategy, or analytics.
• SQL and Excel/ Google Sheets proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement in your area of ownership across supply, demand, and merchant experiences.
• Scope, propose and own delivery of projects, reporting progress to leadership.
• Take accountability for project outcomes and key metrics.
• Analyze data, build models, and derive insights to guide decisions and policies.
• Advise senior leadership on long-term strategy with dashboards and metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Territory Ops, Finance, Marketing, Tech, and Support on cross-functional initiatives.
