About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, curious, and customer-obsessed Growth Strategy Lead – E-commerce to help our clients unlock better performance across their marketing mix. In this role, you’ll work directly with DTC brands to identify opportunities, generate insights from data, and drive strategic decisions that accelerate growth.

You’ll be a key player in shaping how our clients use WorkMagic to optimize ad spend, improve efficiency, and scale their business.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to eCommerce brands, guiding them through media mix decisions, budget allocations, and testing plans
  • Translate incrementality and attribution insights into actionable recommendations for paid media, channel mix, and growth strategy
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to support customer outcomes and inform go-to-market strategy
  • Develop frameworks, playbooks, and case studies that scale your expertise across the team and customer base
  • Monitor performance trends across customers to identify new product opportunities and inform internal roadmap discussions
  • Support content development for thought leadership, sales materials, and customer enablement

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in eCommerce marketing, growth strategy, or performance media (brand, agency, or platform side)
  • Deep familiarity with Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon Ads, and the metrics eCommerce brands care about
  • Ability to distill data into clear, compelling stories that drive action
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills—you’re confident advising brands and making recommendations that matter
  • Preferred: familiarity with marketing measurement concepts (e.g., incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, MMM)
  • Self-starter mindset, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys solving tough growth challenges in fast-paced environments
