The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in relevant fields with a strong marketing acumen. Responsibilities include planning for commercial scaling and managing cross-functional teams.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, generous benefits including parental leave, and a competitive salary range of $158,000 to $175,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience including 3 years in Brand Marketing or Strategic Planning.
• Experience in multi-channel retail industry or franchised business is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of commercial scaling for Live Mas Café.
• Manage international expansion and develop operational playbook.
• Partner with brand and product marketing to execute remodel playbook.
