Job summary

Newry is seeking a Growth Strategy Consultant who will engage in every phase of projects—from research to delivering results—while working closely with senior decision-makers.

You will onboard quickly, with a clear path to roles such as Project Manager and VP, and you will conduct primary/secondary research, build financial models, and present recommendations to clients in both virtual and in-person settings.

Qualifications

• Degree requirement: bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative or business field.
• 2–5 years of relevant consulting, market research, or industry experience.
• Experience building financial models in Excel and presenting to executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior leaders.
• Structured, strategic thinker comfortable solving problems in ambiguity.
• Experience validating AI-accelerated research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research, increasingly AI-assisted.
• Engage directly with clients and, at times, their customers or prospects.
• Build financial models and structure recommendations under real ambiguity.
• Present findings and deliverables to clients, virtually and in person.
