About the Role
Charlie Health is seeking a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and data‑driven Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Care Strategy team. In this role, you’ll focus on improving the group‑based care experience—from how clients are matched to groups, to how we plan capacity, retain clinicians, and deliver consistently high‑quality care at scale.
You’ll work closely with Clinical Leadership, Group Operations, Product, and Data teams to design systems and strategies that balance client outcomes, clinician experience, and operational sustainability. This role sits at the center of how Charlie Health delivers care day‑to‑day.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $106,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $117,000 and $148,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health‑sponsored benefits.
