Tier 11 is searching for a Growth Strategist to be at the heart of our mission: helping purpose-driven businesses achieve their vision through strategic, data-driven marketing. In this pivotal role, you'll lead comprehensive growth strategies across two distinct marketing pods, each dedicated to serving a diverse client base. You'll be responsible for guiding and shaping strategic direction, working closely with cross-functional experts and Client Success Owners to co-create strategies that drive transformational results across the entire customer journey.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of full-funnel, data-driven growth strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Communicate strategic insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and trust.
  • Collaborate closely with Traffic, Creative, CRO, Email, Organic, and Data teams, directing unified strategic execution.
  • Implement and optimize Marketing Performance Indicators (MPIs), ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Regularly analyze performance data to identify and prioritize optimization and growth opportunities.
