BODYBAR Pilates-Elkhorn is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and create an exceptional studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and embody the BODYBAR vibe with a fun, motivated team.

This part-time role features flexible hours and reports to the Studio Manager, offering opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing brand. Prior sales, customer service, and fitness interest are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales and customer service experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication.
• Physically able to work in a studio environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and convert interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, focusing on results.
• Be BODYBAR ambassador at local events and grow community presence.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
