Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in internal audit, SOX, enterprise risk management, finance, governance, and/or related advisory services.
• Experience managing client engagements, projects, and multiple priorities.
• Strong ability to develop and mentor team members across locations and environments.
• Excellent client service, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience supporting business development, proposals, or sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit, SOX, ERM, and risk governance engagements from planning through delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor, managing expectations and delivering exceptional service.
• Oversee teams including Seniors, Staff, and contractors, in-office, remote, and international.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and engagement quality to ensure results.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and develop new business lines.
