Qualifications

• Active real estate license in DE, PA, NJ or MD or willingness to obtain one.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' goals and guide them to a smooth experience.
