Jersey Mike's Subs is hiring for Crew Members and Shift Leaders. Positions include part-time and full-time roles to deliver exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality subs, and maintain a clean store.

Experience in cash handling and food service is preferred, with age-based equipment usage requirements and adherence to Jersey Mike’s standards. Join a team focused on growth, in-house training, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year experience in cash handling preferred.
• 0-1 year experience in food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide food that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high-quality standards.
• Provide service that is above and beyond for the customer.
• Maintain a clean store and workplace.
• Set up of the store, including food preparation.
• Food safety and sanitation, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc.
• Usage of slicer (18 years old and above only).
• Usage of tomato slicer (17 years old and above only).
• Follow directives of Operations Partner in execution of responsibilities.
