Part-time and full-time hours with in-house training and potential for growth. As a Crew Member you will handle front counter duties, customer service, prep and sanitation, while Shift Leaders assist with daily operations and supervision.

Qualifications

• Food quality and high standards to meet Jersey Mike’s specifications.
• Providing customer service at the highest level throughout the restaurant.
• A restaurant that follows standards of Jersey Mike’s Franchise System.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers and co-workers consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide food that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high-quality standards
• Provide service that is above and beyond for the customer
• Maintain a clean store and workplace
• Set up of the store, including food preparation
• Food safety and sanitation, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc.
• Usage of slicer (18 years old and above only)
• Usage of tomato slicer (17 years old and above only)
• Follow directives of Operations Partner in execution of responsibilities
