FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Midvale, UT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) to join a high-energy team. The role offers a base salary of $82,000–$98,000 with additional earnings up to $1,500 per month and a strong student loan payoff program.

Qualifications

• DPT required and licensed to practice in Utah.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and interpreting examination and test results.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and findings.
• Delivering skilled physical therapy using evidence-based techniques.
