Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in New Jersey is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to transformative care and lead in innovative therapy practices. You will work across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab, with a diverse caseload and opportunities for professional growth.

We offer a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship, residency-style programs, and in-house CE courses to support clinical development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients, with education tailored to individual needs.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
