Job summary

Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners, delivering banking, credit, payments and personal finance as a single intelligent platform. We’re seeking a Product Owner to join early, own outcomes, and shape financial products from concept to release.

You will work with a nimble team, have large long-term impact, and build scalable solutions with a strong ownership mindset. Remote-friendly role across the US and nearby regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a startup with financial products.
• Strong ability to run sprints and manage product backlogs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of banking, lending, and credit risk concepts is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and apply compliance standards and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the growth engine and multi-product experiences from concept to release.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal to ensure regulatory alignment and risk mitigation.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to inform product decisions.
• Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze product performance using metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with customer support to address inquiries and improve user satisfaction.
• Maintain a data-driven culture by leveraging analytics and feedback for continuous improvement.
