Plaid is building tools millions rely on and Link drives most revenue. As the Link Growth PM, you will own conversion and roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding for consumer users and prepare Link for AI-enabled fintech startups.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in product management, building consumer onboarding, growth, or related products, shipping consumer-facing changes.
• Launched consumer facing features through rapid experimentation driving meaningful outcomes in the user journey.
• Communicate complex concepts succinctly for broad audiences to drive decisions.
• Driven roadmap and prioritization exercises with clear impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive prioritization and execution (build, measure, iterate).
• Identify opportunities through consumer feedback and staying close to our data / dashboards.
• Partner with cross-functional team (design, research, data science, ML, legal, and compliance) to do all of the above.
