Job description

MASii is a gamified impact platform that makes doing good more rewarding. Members complete positive actions, earn rewards, win prizes worth up to $100,000 every month, and build their GoodPrint™, a measurable record of the good they put into the world.

We're here to celebrate the giver, because giving is receiving. Doing good changes someone else's day, but we believe it changes yours even more.

Our mission is simple: put the feel-good factor of giving in your pocket and inspire millions to make doing good a daily habit.

Launching in November, before expanding nationally, we're building a movement at the intersection of technology, social impact, entertainment, and content. Doing good is about to get a lot more fun!

We're hiring a Growth Product Analyst, and this is not a "run reports and email them out" job. You will own the dashboards that tell us how our members actually move through the experience: where they stick, where they drop off, and what makes them come back tomorrow to play again, and you'll turn what you find directly into product change. Not a suggestion box. A seat at the table.

Why this role matters:
  • You're joining early enough that your fingerprints end up on how the product actually works, not just on the metrics that describe it
  • A real, stated path from Analyst into Product Management as we grow. This is a launchpad, not a lane
  • You'll work analytics and behavioral psychology on a product built at the intersection of gamification, rewards, and mission: rare territory outside mobile gaming
  • Small team, high trust, high visibility; your work gets seen and shipped, not buried in a backlog
  • A chance to build a career around proving that doing good, winning, and building a great product aren't in tension: they're the same thing here
What you'll own:
  • Engagement, retention, and churn analysis across the full member lifecycle, from download to daily habit
  • The conversion funnel from install through first meaningful action and activation
  • Data-backed recommendations on the mechanics that drive participation: reward pacing, win odds, prize structure, streak and status design
  • Close, ongoing collaboration with product to turn findings into shipped changes, fast
  • Early ownership of a growth roadmap workstream that expands as you do
We're looking for someone who:

Being comfortable working in a fast moving, reactive environment is essential. We're not looking for 'yes people,' we're looking for entrepreneurially driven, creative, think outside the box-ers who have a sky's the limit attitude!

  • Already tracks how many times they open their own apps in a day, and wonders why
  • Can't scroll past a great onboarding flow without picking it apart
  • Sees a retention curve as a puzzle, not a slide for a deck
  • Moves fluidly between a spreadsheet and a product conversation in the same afternoon
  • Wants their work to mean something beyond the metrics on the dashboard
  • Has 2-5 years as a Product Analyst, Growth Analyst, or similar, ready to grow into product ownership
  • Has strong preference for consumer app or mobile game experience with gamification/rewards mechanics (subscription e-commerce, with a track record of using retention data to shape offers, is also a strong fit)
  • Is fluent in cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and A/B testing, and is comfortable pulling their own data
