Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our Growth & Monetization team in Oakland, CA. This data-driven, cross-functional role will own the growth roadmap for the platform, guiding experiments from hypothesis through results and scaling what works.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, analytics, marketing, and sales to improve onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization, while exploring AI-powered opportunities to accelerate discovery and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of growth product management or equivalent data-driven growth role, ideally on a technical product in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on analytical skillset with the ability to independently dig into data and use product analytics tools.
• Expertise in A/B testing and experimentation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the growth product roadmap across the Fivetran platform.
• Be an expert in experimentation from hypothesis development and test design to interpreting results and scaling what works.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Partner with teams on core initiatives that unblock growth across the platform.
• Gather and use data to uncover friction points and propose high-impact experiments or product changes.
• Use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, experimentation velocity, and decision-making.
