Job summary

Publicis Health, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an Associate, Growth to support efforts across Heartbeat, Saatchi & Saatchi Health, and Razorfish Health. Early in your career and eager to learn, you’ll collaborate with teams to help pursue new business and execute agency marketing initiatives.

You’ll work on research, pitch materials, and content development, gaining exposure to different brands, categories, and senior leaders as you learn how agencies grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Growth team across pitches, RFPs, and growth opportunities.
• Research prospective clients, brands, categories, and industry trends.
• Help develop pitch presentations, credentials, case studies, and other materials.
• Gather information from teams and turn into clear, polished content.
• Support timelines, meetings, deliverables, and team communications.
• Proofread and ensure materials are accurate and client-ready.
• Maintain libraries of case studies, credentials, and pitch content.
• Track new business opportunities and outcomes.
• Identify better ways to organize information and streamline tasks.
• Bring curiosity and fresh ideas to pitching and storytelling.
• Help develop and maintain materials that showcase agencies and work.
• Support agency marketing initiatives, including submissions and content.
