Job summary

Power Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer in our Dallas-based turbine component repair unit. You will perform incoming and outgoing inspections, document findings, and help drive disposition decisions while growing into a technical authority on component evaluation.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality records, supporting final sign-off, and collaborating with welding, machining, and coating teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on quality inspection experience with industrial gas turbine parts, ideally combustion or hot gas path components.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience; candidates earlier in their careers with strong turbine exposure will be considered.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and repair procedures.
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail, with the ability to produce customer-ready inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document incoming and outgoing inspection of combustion and hot gas path components against specifications.
• Evaluate component condition and wear; support disposition with senior staff.
• Prepare, review, and maintain inspection reports and quality records for customer release.
• Support repair-acceptance decisions and final sign-off; grow ownership of these activities.
