Job Description

The opportunity

The gaming industry has evolved from a box product model to a live service one, and Unity is at the forefront of managing long-term revenues through in-app purchases and mobile advertising.

As a Growth Partnerships Manager in the scaled business, you will develop product and market expertise to best advise clients. You will be responsible for growing revenue and optimizing the mid and long-tail accounts across three different ad networks: IronSource Ads, Unity Ads, and TapJoy Offerwall Ads.

Must have collaboration skills and love working cross-functionally as part of a team. You are enthusiastic about managing and executing projects and efficient in operational work at scale.

This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to build a career in the scaled business field, especially in the rapidly growing mobile game industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Focus on performance management of accounts and games through operations and product optimizations.
  2. Identify areas of growth opportunities to improve developer monetization revenues and user acquisition at scale including building and implementing strategies to achieve growth.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate any fixes, improvements, or adjustments.
  4. Understand the product inside out to manage A-Z any project to troubleshoot and improve the client experience.
  5. Be the first point of contact for mid and long-tail clients and provide comprehensive service to improve business opportunities and revenue targets.

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills with both external and internal stakeholders.
  2. Top organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to analyze data to generate insights and translate them into actionable outcomes.
  4. Experience with Ad Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or related experience in the ad tech space.
  5. Fluent in English.

You might also have

  1. Previous experience in a customer-related role, with a history of growing accounts and achieving revenue targets is a plus.
  2. Self-motivated, proactive, and a phenomenal teammate with a can-do attitude.
  3. Proficiency in Excel and data management.
