CAM Resources is expanding nationwide and seeking driven Growth Partners to build a recurring book of business in their local market. You bring in the business while CAM Resources handles fulfillment, insurance, billing, and back-office support.

Expect a performance-based path with no fixed ceiling on income as you develop relationships with decision-makers in apartments, property management, HOAs, and commercial settings.

Qualifications

• Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable talking to business owners/managers.
• Willing to walk into businesses and introduce CAM Resources.
• Persistent with follow-up and consistent prospecting.
• Comfortable with performance-based compensation and building recurring income.
• Entrepreneurial and growth-minded.

Responsibilities

• Get in front of decision-makers in the local market.
• Introduce CAM Resources and schedule walkthroughs.
• Develop relationships and help close new accounts.
• Maintain relationships with customers you bring in and grow your portfolio.
• Support platform, pricing, proposals, and back-office as needed.
