CAM Resources Inc. is expanding nationwide and seeking Growth Partners to build recurring commercial cleaning and facility services accounts in their local markets.

You bring in new business; CAM Resources handles fulfillment, insurance, billing, and operations, enabling a scalable, recurring income model. This outside sales role focuses on establishing relationships with apartment communities, property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients, with no need to manage crews or build an entire

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful, but drive, confidence, persistence, and activity matter.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and build relationships in local markets.
• Comfortable with performance-based compensation and startup-like growth.

Responsibilities

• Get in front of decision-makers in your local market
• Introduce CAM Resources and its value proposition
• Schedule walkthroughs with potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers you bring in
• Help close new accounts and grow a recurring book of business
• Support pricing, proposals, and service delivery through the platform
