CAM Resources is expanding nationwide and seeking Growth Partners to build a recurring commercial cleaning and facility services business in their local market. You bring in the business while CAM Resources handles fulfillment, insurance, billing, and back-office support.

You focus on growing your market, connecting with property managers, HOAs, and facilities managers, and building a recurring income stream through repeat accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales and B2B contexts is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with decision-makers in local markets.
• Strong prospecting, follow-up, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets and decision-makers in your local market.
• Introduce CAM Resources and schedule walkthroughs with prospects.
• Develop relationships and help close new accounts.
• Maintain relationships with customers you bring in and manage the portfolio.
