Ama Earth Group is building SquidESA, an AI-powered platform that produces fast, high-quality Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) reports. We automate the heavy lifting, from data synthesis to report writing, making environmental due diligence faster, more affordable, and more accessible. Ama Earth Group is a new kind of company that reinvests a portion of its proceeds into environmental restoration projects, partnering with climate-vulnerable communities around the world—including peatland restoration with the Mapuche Tribe, leatherback turtle conservation in Puerto Rico, and native plant restoration along the Passaic River.

About the Role

We’re looking for entrepreneurial freelance Growth/Sales Partners to help bring SquidESA to market. This is a commission-only role ideal for someone excited to introduce an innovative product in a high-demand space. You will manage your own outreach, run demos, close deals, and help shape our go-to-market strategy as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective users of Phase I ESA reports
  • Educate leads on the value and performance of SquidESA
  • Share customer insights to help refine our sales approach
  • Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted partner

Compensation

This is a freelance, commission-only role. You will earn 20-30% commission on each sale, with no cap on earnings. High-performing partners will be first in line for salaried or equity-track roles as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • Natural born salesperson - someone who likes to share what they believe in and is compelling at getting people to try things that will benefit them
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven and comfortable managing your own pipeline
  • Bonus: Experience in outbound sales or business development
  • Bonus: Knowledge of environmental consulting, real estate, or land acquisition
