CAM Resources is expanding nationwide and seeking motivated Growth Partners to build a recurring commercial cleaning and facility-services business in their local market. You bring in the business while CAM Resources handles fulfillment, insurance, billing, proposals, operations, and back-office support.

This is a performance-based opportunity with no fixed ceiling, designed for entrepreneurs who want the upside of building a business without creating the entire company from scratch.

Qualifications

• Sales orientation and drive to build recurring income

• Ability to prospect, network, and close new accounts

Responsibilities

• Get in front of decision-makers in local markets
• Introduce CAM Resources and its Growth Partner model
• Schedule walkthroughs and develop relationships with potential clients
• Help close new accounts and maintain relationships with customers you bring in
• Support pricing, proposals, and service delivery through CAM Resources’ platform
