Job summary

Beacon Pointe is seeking motivated Wealth Advisors in Minnesota, including Farmington, to join a nationally recognized RIA. You will grow a personal book of business while delivering advanced financial planning and investment guidance using Beacon Pointe’s resources.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of advisory experience, a fiduciary mindset, and CFP® preferred; FINRA licenses or the ability to obtain them are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth; able to build relationships and generate new business.
• CFP® certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing best-in-class client experience.
• Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as needs evolve.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
