Job summary

Merit Brass is seeking a Distribution Specialist in Dallas, TX to join our team on Monday-Friday - 1st Shift. The role focuses on accurate picking, packing, receiving, and warehouse support using D365, with on-the-job training provided.

You will contribute to inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction while upholding safety and Merit Brass standards. The position requires a high school diploma, warehouse experience, and the ability to lift 50-70 lbs; overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Minimum two years of warehouse experience or training.
• Leadership experience and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate or learn PIE equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products using D365.
• Perform receiving, put-away, and transfers.
• Support inventory accuracy and on-time product delivery.
• Assist in training associates within designated areas.
