Job summary

VAMAC Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Associate Floater based in Leesburg, VA. This full-time, day-shift role offers a starting pay of $19 hourly plus performance incentives and a strong benefits package.

You will pull orders, transfer items, replenish inventory, and receive product in the warehouse while collaborating with teammates to serve customers. A valid driver’s license may be required for occasional driving responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with company systems (Epicor Solar Eclipse, intranet or equivalent).
• Strong communication across multiple platforms (in-person, phone, email).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, with multitasking capability.
• Ability to stand/walk for long durations and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders and transfers; replenish inventory or receive product in the warehouse.
• Assist with warehouse orders, load trucks, organize yard, and help customers.
• Follow policies to maintain a safe, friendly family culture; uphold ethical standards.
• May include driving responsibilities; valid driver’s license required.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift, Full Time)

Pay Rate: $19 Hourly (Minimum Starting Rate) + Performance Incentives

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing exceptional service to Associates and customers by pulling orders and transfers, helping to replenish inventory, or receiving product in the warehouse
• Working cooperatively with other team members while assisting with warehouse orders, loading trucks for drivers, organizing and maintaining the yard area, and assisting customers with their purchases
• Following ethical standards and complying with company policies that ensure a safe, friendly, and team-oriented family culture
• May include driving responsibilities, current driver's license required

Required Skills:

• Computer literacy. Ability to learn and use the processes in our Epicor Solar Eclipse system, VAMAC's intranet, or other systems as applicable
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms (i.e. in-person, phone, email, etc.)
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team; ability to multitask
• Ability to stand and walk for long duration, as well as lift up to 100 pounds

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience using an RF Gun
• Current forklift certification, where required
