Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service, sales, and paying/receiving functions in the community office.
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Meet or exceed referral and sales goals for business and consumer clients.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and report to supervisor.
• Coordinate departmental tasks with coworkers to ensure efficient processes.
