Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence
• Develop understanding of the business to the level of a General Manager over a year
• Create joyful guest interactions and teach the team to do the same
• Hit sales goals through speed and service, resolve problems calmly, listen to understand
• Manage cash handling policies and store funds on shift
• Place, receive and verify orders; conduct inventory; control waste and dates
