• Track record proving you can ship in a design-led way under deadline pressure.
• 1+ years using Canva in a sales/marketing setting.
• Hands-on Marketo experience.
• Comfort steering sales/marketing conversations toward a decision.
• Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality.
• Instinct for prioritization when everything is urgent.

Responsibilities

• Build the campaign calendar that keeps Norman, OK pipeline full year-round.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects across the Norman, OK market.
• Write copy for ads, emails, and web pages that converts sales/marketing traffic.
• Chase down warm referrals before competitors in Norman get the call.
