Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager by leading shifts, achieving sales and profits goals, and ensuring guest and team service excellence. You will manage restaurant operations, train team members, and uphold policy compliance while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, strong math skills, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced QSR setting.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations with the restaurant, employees or Guests to the General Manager.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed on shifts; train Team Members on operations, policies and Guest service.
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy violations.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and Guests.
