Job summary

Fast Auto Loans, Inc - Arizona is hiring for a customer-facing sales role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, ask questions, and guide them through financial solutions.

This fast-paced position offers structured training and ongoing coaching, a 40-hour work week with Saturdays, and a starting wage of $19 per hour, plus monthly bonuses for performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
