Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to operate cash registers, assist customers, and support daily store operations. The role includes handling cash accurately, maintaining lighting and fixtures, and ensuring inventory security in a safe working environment.

You will report to the Store Manager, learn to use a computer console and POS system, and adapt to varying shifts including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 lbs overhead for up to 30 minutes.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signage.
• Most work indoors, with some periods outdoors.
• Capable of working in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash handling and operate cash register; ensure accuracy.
• Assist in lighting/fixtures cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory security to prevent theft or shrinkage.
• Report to Store Manager and follow company policies.
• Learn to operate computer console and other related equipment.
