Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA CPA-track preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience focused on revenue.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and revenue recognition experience.
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel, plus strong analytic skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and support leadership.

Responsibilities

• Revenue recognition analysis to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Support month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare revenue-related schedules and assist financial reporting.
• Reconcile revenue and deferred revenue accounts with balance sheet items.
• Help maintain internal controls around revenue processes.
• Coordinate audit documentation for revenue transactions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analytics.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, billing, and finance teams.
