Job summary

Indigo Living is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Annex on the Square in Cedar Rapids. You will support leasing activities, supervise team members, and help ensure exceptional resident experiences in a multifamily setting.

Role requires ownership, clear communication across channels, and a flexible schedule including some weekends. At least two years in a supervisory role and an associate degree in business or related field are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Leasing Consultant to Assistant Manager after coaching and closing skill gaps.
• Review leasing reports to drive conversions to residents.
• Deescalate resident issues to earn positive reviews.
• Reprioritize maintenance after a water leak is found.
• Collaborate with maintenance to reduce supply expenses.
• Brainstorm marketing ideas, e.g., TikTok day-in-the-life content.
