Benchmark Senior Living’s Chestnut Park at Cleveland Circle, a Benchmark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Full-Time Server to deliver exceptional hospitality and dining experiences to our residents in Boston. Join our Dining Services team and help create memorable meals in a supportive environment.

You’ll welcome residents, take orders, serve promptly, keep the dining room clean, and follow food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about serving others.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve residents with professionalism and kindness.
• Take meal and beverage orders and deliver meals promptly.
• Set up and maintain the dining room before and after meal service.
• Assist residents with meal selections and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.
