Job summary

Betten Chevrolet-Buick/GMC-Cadillac in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Quick Lube Technician to perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday with a Saturday rotation, offering a pathway in a team-focused service environment.

The position requires a Michigan mechanic training permit (dealership assistance available), strong teamwork, and a clean driver’s license; candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• State of Michigan Mechanic Training Permit (Dealership can assist).
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about any additional service needs and provide time estimates.
• Perform on-warranty maintenance to manufacturer specifications.
