Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Carry out individualized plans of care for orthopedic, balance, neurological, and post-surgical patients.
• Document treatments accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with supervising therapists, patients, caregivers, and referral sources.
• Help maintain a positive, engaging, and professional clinic environment.
• Participate in physician and community outreach when the patient schedule has openings.
• Assist with clinic development, patient engagement, and educational initiatives.
• Maintain high standards for patient safety and quality of care.
