You will report to the COO and champion safety, continuous improvement, and data‑driven decision making to support growth.

You will build high‑performing teams, implement lean initiatives, and ensure USDA and regulatory compliance while driving improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost per unit

Qualifications
