Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree.
• Current Idaho Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and treat patients to maximize independence and health.
• Perform a comprehensive evaluation and develop a Plan of Care.
• Implement the Plan of Care and document professionally and timely.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers, and coordinate with team.
