Qualifications

• Experience with nasogastric tube insertion and neonatal/pediatric-related procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Growth Mindset workflows and tooling.
• Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate the surgeon's next instrument during Pressure Ulcer Prevention cases, tray laid out in order of use.
• Read the relentlessly-kind room during family meetings and slow the pace when grief outruns information.
• Carry both bedside care and the boldly-pragmatic charting load Home Depot expects of a junior clinician.
• Stage the resuscitation bay each shift — airway, access, meds — so nothing is hunted mid-code.
• Prep and verify TNCC Certification specimens for the lab, labeling at the bedside in front of the patient.
• Sit with families through hard conversations about prognosis, code status, and goals of care.
• Restock supply rooms and par levels so the next Pharmacy Technician never hunts for a needle.
• Promote a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing clinical culture.
