Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury/paralegal roles is required or highly preferred.
• Ability to manage a docket of 40–45 cases and meet deadlines under supervision.
• Strong written communication and meticulous note-taking are essential.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and can aid client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and assist with drafting documents under a lawyer's supervision.
• Maintain attorney calendars and deadlines to ensure timely filings.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and demands with accuracy.
• Provide exemplary client service and foster positive relationships with clients and attorneys.
