Job summary

Comprehensive Psychiatry Group, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed mental health therapists to join its supportive behavioral health teams in Ohio. You'll work with a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative staff to deliver outpatient therapy, develop treatment plans, and support clients on their journey to wellness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and therapists for holistic care.
