The role partners with the Director of Marketing to develop sales objectives, drive growth, and deliver multi-channel programs. You will research target markets, lead campaigns, analyze results, and help manage budgets and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and program effectiveness
• Experience in customer contact plans, new business development, and customer research

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Marketing by establishing sales, growth, and profit objectives through identifying key levers
• Develops Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Program initiatives
• Lead customer understanding initiatives through primary and secondary research
• Engage in direct interaction with customers and end users to anticipate needs and identify solutions
• Lead competitor intelligence by collecting catalogs and analyzing promotions
• Communicate details of multi-channel marketing programs to sales reps and other departments
• Determine and recommend pricing, promotion, and positioning strategy across channels
• Analyze results and develop strategies
• Complete sales reporting, analytics and finance tasks including budgeting and forecasting
• Develop understanding of P&L, sales strategies, and internal processes
• Define and assist in execution of sales collateral for prospecting and securing new business
• Develop and manage marketing operating budgets for assigned programs
