Job summary

Group Five Management is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for our fast-paced apartment community in Michigan. This hands-on role includes completing work orders, making ready units, and performing repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances while upholding high workmanship standards.

You will use company mobile tools to access work orders and inspections, document work with notes, photos, and videos in real time, and learn new skills through on-the-job

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills across multiple trades.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and apartment make-readies in a timely manner.
• Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Use of company systems and mobile tools is part of daily responsibilities.
• Access and manage work orders and inspections through a mobile app.
• Document completed work with notes, photos, and videos in real time.
• Training will be provided; willing to learn and use technology daily.
