BancFirst is seeking a Full-Time Teller for our Sand Springs, OK branch at 301 E. 2nd Street. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, exceptional customer service, and promoting BancFirst products to customers.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance cash while working well both independently and as part of a team. Onsite position with standard hours and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to balance teller cash and maintain accurate balancing.
• Strong listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work opening and closing duties and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Paying and receiving teller for retail and commercial customers.
• Sells money orders and official checks.
• Promotes BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to customers; goals and incentives apply.
• Extraordinary customer service is required at all times.
• Adhere to policies and procedures; maintain security standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
